Incredible $30 Cartography Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

Following a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore that lasts until Dec. 2. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. Additionally, there exist three different bundles available here.

The Main Attraction

The big draw is definitely permanent access to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard cartography program that can be used to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Entry Level

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of additional tools and content that can help users design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: combat arenas, dungeons, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though the purchase is available on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.

Philanthropic Aspect

Similar to previous bundles, part of every purchase supports charitable organizations. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
